The ASOCIACIÓN DE VETERINARIOS Y HERRADORES DE PODOLOGÍA EQUINA may cancel the congress due to exceptional circumstances, lack of registration or due to logistical problems in the organization up to 21 days before the congress, proceeding to refund the full amount of registration for the congress. Other expenses are the responsibility of the enrollee. Likewise, the Association may change the venue, date and speakers of the program due to force majeure.
